So I ended up getting second call outs today lol. 6th or 7th place. Well, not expected obviously everybody wants to win! The first call out girls were beefy as hell so it absolutely made me look even tinier! Definitely showed me I need a 2 year off season to build up on my AWESOME shape. Just need more muscle. The girls were huge. I was so happy with my look though, definitely brought that conditioned, beautiful stream lined physique. Also, North Americans wasn’t the best option for me personally because it is a huge Masters show.. meaning it brings a lot of older gals. Both the women next to me today were the same age as my mom lol 😅So, it is what it is. I wanted to cry about it but I just Flexed n Smiled 💪🏽😁 And I feel great now! Heres some shots from a shoot today. :) Time to growww because my legs are looking small n shredded here lol!! ☺️❤️ Grateful for all of you and cannot wait to share all of the photos from this weekend with you all.

Last little pump in the books before we head out tomorrow and I compete on Thursday afternoon! I would be lying if I said I was truly satisfied with this prep - I thought I would look more freaky. But at the end of the day freakiness/vascularity doesn’t Win shows.. we shall see what happens.. however, this is my best look to date so I gotta be super happy about that. 2 more days and then we grow for a very long time. :)

5 days out training at a much lower RPE. Typically I train until failure with the heaviest load I can do without sacrificing execution. This is so light for me haha I can’t wait to get strong as fuck and add a couple plates to this in some weeks. ☺️😋 If I had to pick three favorite exercises, it would be deadlift, dumbbell press and leg press variations. What would yours be? :)

So, I have been MIA on here. Trying to go into my first PRO Qualifier without stressing but it has been very tough on me. My coach loaded me with 2k carbs in a week.. so of course I gained some water weight. But, we have over 5 more days to get rid of the water, dry out and get my super peeled look. But super full as well. Next Thursday is my show folks! I look forward to enjoying this next week, knocking it out. Then getting back into homeostasis, getting my sex drive back, filming a ton of new content and posting 1-2 times daily again. :) My show is September 3rd North American Championships Women’s Physique Class C!

WHICH LOOK DO YOU PREFER? Personally, I love both looks! That is the great thing about Bodybuilding. ❤️ I am soooo looking forward to getting FULL AF for this show, returning to homeostasis and getting a bit of off season thickness back on! L was my thickest look of last off season. This off season I will definitely keep it a lot tighter and mostly just make sure most of that weight goes to my muscles and my ass 😉

Mini photoshoot before I go back to bed lol. I apologize for the lack of posts, new xxx content and responses to some - I am 13 days out from my first Pro qualifier today! Being lean and so close to a show you really lack a lot of feeling and are just kind of on airplane mode. I also have zero sex drive. Absolutely none! I was pushing my body very hard with high intensity training, cardio and low calories (go figure) so my coach had me rest a TON more and eating basically double the carbs and fats lol. Over the course of 2 days took over 500g carbs to even bring my physique to life and we are stoll flat - more tomorrow. Also lots of quality sleep was/is needed! Expect more physique updates and as soon as I am post show, expect a lotttt of updated solo and partner xxx content!! 😈 I appreciate everybody for sticking with mee!! ♥️♥️♥️ Let’s hope we can secure this Pro card so I can grow for 2 years... much needed!!! When I am my best on show day/around that time will get plenty of flexing videos!!! Cant wait ;)
