Just hope you have the best start to your weekend. Do something for you- take a little walk. Maybe get yourself a tiny treat. I got a smoothie today x. Reach down and massage your feet. Take a hot bath/ shower and put on lotion. Do like ten jumping jacks or sit ups, I promise just doing a little minimum movement helps your brain.
Watch your favorite movie or show, take a cat nap. Even though the world moves so quickly Don’t deny yourself some time to make yourself feel more whole. As humans we need so much to flick that happy switch, so start small. You’re not alone after all.

Sending Sunday Love
This week was feeling a little wild with the full moon. All of the emotions and I decided to let go. Time to relax and get back to what I feel most at home with. Within me is so much want to create art and make a calming sense for any creature around me. Here’s some things that help me when I’m feeling a little flustered. Holding my hands together, making myself warm with myself. Drinking water with peppermint oil has been soothing my mouth and mind. Laying down and touching my hair, running my fingers through the soft fur like mop on my head. Taking a moment to write down thoughts and make a to do list each morning even if it’s simple. I highly recommend Going for a walk, short is fine, but just get some air whenever that may be. Anyways I hope you have a nice day and think of me. There’s a message in your inbox of This Gloomy Sunday Morning.
