I don’t want to be just another Instagram model who pretends her life is perfect and I think a lot of you can relate. Tonight during one of my panic attacks I decided to take my phone and talk myself through what I’m feeling as if it was me talking to you guys. When I talk about my struggle I receive so many messages about others who are dealing with some of the same issues and I realize I’m not alone. I have accepted that this is a chemical imbalance and I probably have to deal with It forever. I hope that this video helps someone else tonight who might be awake and can’t sleep Like me. Your not alone. It’s very sweet as a cry I feel animals can know what we are going through velvet my stand off kitty who never cuddles is laying on my chest and keeps giving me licks. Sometimes I feel my kitties are to remind me someone needs me here still ❤️🙏 it’s silly
