I decided last year to work on myself and my "addictions" and wow I haven't even thought about my depression meds, and my sleeping issues are better :) I use more natural things to sleep or otc. I hope this helps and anyone else dealing with issues I'm here if you need to talk! I know I can't answer all my DMs here but I'm always on my vip and have helped followers who were having suicidal thoughts or other issues sometimes fans just dm me to chat.
