

π I often tell you about sports and taking care of my body, but rarely talk about nutrition...SO what about food? ππ± I eat mostly wholesome, nutritious foods, but hey, Iβm all about balance! πͺ I believe in nourishing my body with plenty of veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains, but I also indulge in a little treat when Iβm craving it (because life is too short to say no to chocolate π« or my favorite dessert π)!
