I need to do some cleaning, organizing and budgeting as well as lots of mental and physical self care. I'm going to make a schedule for myself so I can have a quicker turn around on customs and the free pics (if thats what you picked for the new subscriber gift). I promise I havent forgotten and am really trying to have a quicker turn around for both of those. My promise to you is that after this week of resting and getting organized, I will have all pending customs and free pics completed by Friday which is 6/25. After that, I will get video and pictures customs and gifts done within 5 business days. For video chats, I cant limit it to that small of a window because we may not have very compatible schedules and thats not something I can control. I work around my roommates schedule for video chats out of respect for them cause I get loud. And I will have you pay the day of for your video chats so i didnt take your money and make you wait. I know alot of OFs creators are scammers so I really dont want anyone to feel like I'm trying to take their money and run. For other customs I still need money up front cause Ive had several people try to scam me. But if your order is not completed within the 5 business days, I will either refund you half of the order (and still complete it) or I will give you half off your subscription for as many months as equals half of that order if you would prefer that.
