The first part is the pushup portion of the challenge. Lora must perform 50 pushups- in one set! That’s a high number for her, but let’s see if she can accomplish it. The second portion, performed after the pushups, is to see if she can hold a wall sit for 3:30. Lora has some good endurance in her thighs, but this will burn!
