They get ALLL the gear: range rovers, high end rifles & scopes, full camo, and fox urine spray😳. But deer can’t see real well, and if you stay downwind, they can never smell you. You can creep pretty close to them, then spook them and they jump right into the target zone. Now antelopes? They’re sneaky. They can spot you at a 1000 yards and just run away, much further than I can shoot. Those sneaky antelopes, you have to use low rises near waterholes and come around and maybe they’re right there - they run , but not fast enough if I can surprise them
