It was an honor for me last fall to apprentice under and Indigo master. I will go into further detail about what I learned and did in upcoming posts, but here are some snippets. I learned how to make a fermented indigo vat, rice paste printing, and shibori dyeing. I miss it so much, that experience really fueled my passion for the craft of indigo dyeing. It's a huge reason why I want to get better at my craft. 🩵💙🩵💙
