It all started when a big pets barked loudly and chased me while I was playing in the park. Since then, the sight of a large pet makes my heart race and my palms sweat. I know most of them are friendly, but I can’t shake the fear. It’s something I’m working on, slowly exposing myself to dogs in controlled environments, hoping one day to overcome this fear. It's a journey, but I believe I can face my phobia with time and patience. 🐕
