The gas stove in my house is broken 🤣 The fire has stopped working! I don't cook so it's not an emergency but I'm afraid of the repair bill! 😂 The management company of the apartment said that you don't have to pay for age-related deterioration, but you have to pay if you are at fault 🤮for example, if you didn't clean it well enough. I didn't want to pay for it for sure, so I cleaned the gas stove thoroughly today... But it still won't catch fire so it's probably just age. Fingers crossed for that 🙏 I hate moving, but this has made me think about it a bit! I found a nice apartment. It's only about 50 steps from my current house. 🤣 I'll be in Japan for just two more months, so maybe I'll do the moving too. I thought I'd like to move, so I made an appointment to see the apartment next week! But I really don't know if I'll move. Moving is a big stress ❤️‍🩹 and the rent is a bit higher 😩 My last house rent was very cheap. The apartment was a wreck! It was a wooden structure, so it's fucking hot in the summer and fucking cold in the winter. And I could hear my neighbor sneezing😥 The guy who used to live next to me was a little crazy... He would play Billy Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’ from morning until night. I still remember😓 And it doesn't stop when I report it to the management company. Worst! And when I run into him at the wrong time, he asks me, "Would you like to come visit me in my room?". It's too scary. I'm not stupid so I didn't go there once. I was really broke at the time so I couldn't move right away and ended up living there for about 5 months 😂 I think that was in 2019? Well, it's a cherished memory that I had a hard experience during those moneyless days. I learned to buy peace of mind with money for the first time there. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable laws.⚠️ やあみんな。げんき？ 家のガスコンロが壊れました🤣 火がつかなくなりました！ 料理はしないので緊急ではないのですが、修理代が怖いです！😂 経年劣化だと支払わなくていいとマンションの管理会社の人は言っていましたが、自分に落ち度があるばあいは支払わないといけません🤮たとえば掃除不足とか 絶対支払いたくなかったので今日は徹底的にガスコンロの掃除をしました… しかしまだ火がつかないので多分経年劣化です。それを祈ります🙏 わたしは引越しが大嫌いなのですが、これを機に引っ越しを少し考えました 素敵な物件を見つけたんです。今の家から50歩くらいで着くマンション。🤣 ちょうどあと二ヶ月は日本にいるから引越しもやろうかな？と思い、来週内見の予約をしました！ でも本当に引っ越すかわかんない。引越しは大きなストレス❤️‍🩹家賃も少し高くなる😩 前に住んでいた家の家賃はとても安かったです。ボロボロのアパートでした！木造だったので夏はクソ熱く冬はクソ寒い そして隣の人のクシャミが聞こえる😥 隣の人はすこし頭のおかしいおじさんで、早朝から深夜までずっと同じ曲を流すんです。 ビリーアイリッシュのバッドガイです。今でも覚えてる😓 しかも管理会社に通報しても止まらないんです。最悪！ そしてタイミングが悪く彼と鉢合わせると"僕の部屋に遊びに来ない？"と誘われます。怖すぎる。 私は馬鹿じゃないので1度も行かなかったですが！ わたしは当時本当にお金が無かったのですぐに引っ越すことができず、結局5ヶ月ぐらい我慢して住んでました😂あれは2019年だったかな？ まああのお金のない日々にハードな経験したのも大切な思い出です。 わたしはそこで初めて安心をお金で買うということを学びましたね。 アメリカ生活でもそれは活かしていて、安すぎる滞在先には泊まらないようにしてます😅 ⚠️これらの写真を他のサイトに掲載しないでください。無断転載を禁じます。 無断複製は法律違反となります。⚠️
