πͺ My Journey to the Perfect Body πͺ Two important ingredients for my body are exercise and proper nutrition. β€οΈβπ₯ Exercise is my passion! π₯ I love to move, I feel alive and energetic when I train. π€ΈββοΈ * Three times a week I lift weights at the gym. πͺ * Two times a week I stretch and strengthen my muscles with yoga. π§ββοΈ * And, of course, I don't forget about cardio workouts: running, cycling or swimming - I choose depending on my mood. πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπββοΈ Nutrition is my balance! π * I don't follow strict diets, I have a free diet, but in balance. * My diet is rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, quality protein, and healthy fats. * I don't forbid myself from eating "unhealthy" foods, but I eat them in small amounts and not often. * I always try to listen to my body and choose what it needs. The most important secret is consistency! π I don't take breaks and I always try to find time for myself and my body. Remember, beauty is not only about appearance, but also about your inner state! β¨
